Semi-finished products such as sheets, round rods and finished parts made from various regenerates
We exclusively process our own and thus high-quality production remainders of our thermoplastics such as PE, PP, ABS or PS on our plants. These remainders are generated by edge trimmings, shavings or machining residues and are collected by type. Since polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and PS are thermoplastics, we can remelt and process them on the normal production lines without any problems. The sheets or prefabricated parts made of reclaimed materials are of high technical quality and very similar to virgin materials in many respects. There are colorful sheets as well as single-color, mostly black regenerated qualities.
Regenerate : Different regenerates of e.g.: PP, PE, etc..
The essential technical properties of the plastics PE, PP, ABS & PS are maintained by the regenerated sheets, i.e. the specific weight or also the thermal properties such as the melting point or the continuous service temperature do not change. Regenerated sheets made of pure plastic can be machined without any problems. In many applications, reclaimed material is perfectly adequate and helps to treat resources with respect.
